6. Payment & Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment Terms:

  • Invoices must be paid upon receipt via debit, credit, or electronic transfer.
  • Projects will remain on hold until payment is received.
  • PRECEPT STRUCTURE & DATA, LLC uses secure Third-Party Platforms to process payments. Charges will appear on your statement as "PRECEPT STRUCTURE" or "YLLANES SOUND."

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made ≥ 7 days before the scheduled session receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made < 7 days but ≥ 48 hours before service may incur a fee.
  • No refund for cancellations < 48 hours before service delivery. You may write for a per-case consideration.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds for digital services follow industry practice: no refunds after final masters are delivered.
  • Clients must request refunds in writing within 7 days of delivery for refund consideration.
  • Service refunds are discretionary and handled case by case in good faith, subject to state-specific refund requirements; absent a posted policy, Florida law requires full refunds for returns within 7 days of purchase.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and any dispute arising from it or the services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida (St. Petersburg), and waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.
